SIEMON, FREDERICK H.-Son ot Adam Siemon. Entered service May 25, 1918, Medical Corps, Base Hospital No. 61, Camp Greenleaf. Was made Sergeant and sailed Aug. 22, 1918. Returned May 1, 1919 and was honorably discharged fifteen days later.
