HARRY PHILLIP LOUGHNER, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

LOUGHNER, HARRY PHILLIP- Born August 2, 1897, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Loughner. Entered service Feb. 1915 and was assigned to Mexico, attached to Company M. He was honorably discharged June 20, 1919.
