HENRY M. STAIRS, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

STAIRS, HENRY M.-Son of Jonas Stairs. Enlisted July, 1917 in Company E, 110th Infantry, 28th Division and was sent to Camp Hancock. He was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant. Sailed May J918. Was in the battles of Argonne Forest and Marne. Was slightly gassed. Returned April 1919 and was honorably discharged.
