JOHNSTON, MERLE-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Miller Johnston. Entered service April 5, 1918, was assigned to Columbus and lat"*r to Greenleaf. Was attached to the Medical Corps of Base Hospital No. 76. Went overseas Sept. 1, 1918. Returned April 13, 1919 and was honorably discharged May 2, 1919.
