CHESTNUT, NORMAN ALBERT- Son of Mr. William Chestnut. He entered the service Dec. 15, 1917, was assigned to Paris Island and was attached to the 74th Company, 6th Regiment. 2nd Division of the Marines. Went overseas March 27, 1918, was in the battles of Verdun, St. Mihiel, Chateau Thierry and Soissons, returned March 27, 1919 and was honorably discharged Aug. 31, 1919.
