RIGGS, RICHARD-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Riggs. He enlisted 1916, was assigned to Camp Hancock and attached to Company M, 110th Infantry, 28th Division. He went overseas May 1918, was wounded Aug. 2, 1918, returned Jan. 1919. Honorably discharged Feb. 1919.
