RONALD E. GIBSON, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

GIBSON, RONALD E.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Gibson. He enlisted May 27, 1917, was assigned to Camp Hancock and later Dix, and was attached to Company M, 11 nth Infantry. 28th Division. Went overseas May 3. 1918, was in the battle of Chateau Thierry, was wounded by gun shell. He returned Oct. 1918 and was honorably discharged April 15, 1919.
