HAZLETT, WALTER S.-Son of James H. Hazlett of 612 Weldon St., Latrobe, Pa. Entered service Jan. 11, 1918, was assigned to Fort Thomas, and was attached to the 81st Aero Squadron. Sergeant Hazlett was honorably discharged June 10, 1919.
