KELLY, WILLIAM R.-Son of Mr. &nd Mrs. William D. Kelly, Latrobe, Pa. Entered service Jan. 18, 1918, was assigned to Columbus Barracks and attached to the Field Artillery, Battery D, 3rd Regiment, 6th Division. Went overseas July 29, 1918 and returned July 26, 1919, and was honorably discharged Aug. 1, 1919.
