BIRK, BERNARD LEO-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Birk. Entered service Aug. 15, 1918. Was attached to Motor Transportation Company, Field Artillery and Camp Personnel Office, Battalion F, 11th Regiment, Camp Pitt, Pa., and later assigned to Camp Jackson, S. C. He was honorably discharged March 15, 1919, with the rank of Corporal.
