TURNEY, CHARLES-Son of Mr. and Mrs. William Turney. Entered service Aug. 24, 1917. Was assigned to Gettysburg and attached to the 68th Company, 17th Battalion. 153rd Depot Brigade. Went overseas April 1918. Wounded in left hand. Returned March 23, 1919, and honorably discharged April 8, 1919.
