RUGH, FRANK-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Rugh. Entered service May 15, 1917. Was assigned to Allentown and attached to Base Hospital 27, with Medical Corps. Went overseas Aug. 27, 1917. Returned March 24, 1919, and honorably discharged April 1, 1919.
