CROSBY THOMPSON, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

THOMPSON, CROSBY-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Thompson. Entered service Dec. 15, 1917. Was assigned to Fort Oglethorpe and attached to Company F. 28th Infantry, 1st Div. Went overseas Aug. 3, 1918, was gassed, returned Sept. 3, 1919, and honorably discharged with rank of Second Lieutenant.
