LOWE, EDGAR W.-Son of Mr. S. A. Lowe. Entered service Oct. 11, 1917. Was assigned to Officers' Training Camp, Fort Wright, Kellys Field, Texas, and attached to the Medical Department. He was honorably discharged Dec. 1, 1918, with rank of Second Lieutenant.
