WELSH, FRANK-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Welsh (deceased). Entered service July 23, 1918. Was assigned to Camp Lee and attached to Company B, 28th Infantry. 1st Div. Went overseas Sept. 14, 1918, returned Aug. 10, 1919, and honorably discharged Aug. 18, 1919.
