JAY EVANS, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

EVANS, JAY-Son of Mr. and Mrs. A. O. Evans. Entered service May 25, 1918. Was assigned to Camp Greenleaf and attached to the Medical Department of the Base Hospital No. 79. Went overseas Sept. 13, 1919. Returned June 28, 1919, and honorably discharged July 2, 1919.
