FELGAR, SHERMAN-Son of Mrs. Elizabeth Felgar. Entered service July 31, 1918. Was assigned to Deveno, and attached to Company E, 212th Infantry, 12th Division of Engineers. He was honorably discharged Dec. 16, 1918.
