HARPER, WILLIAM-Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Harper. Entered service April 24, 1917. Was assigned to Columbus Barracks and attached to the Battery A, Coast Artillery, 54th Infantry. Went overseas March 15, 1918. Returned March 12, 1919, and honorably discharged the same month.
