SHAFFER, WILLIAM-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Israel Shaffer. Entered service June 23, 1916. Was assigned to Camp Hancock and attached to the Headquarters of 110th Infantry, 28th Div. Went overseas May 1917, returned May 11, 1919, and honorably discharged with rank of Corporal.
