KOZBELT, ANDREW-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kozbelt, entered service May 25, 1918, was assigned to Camp Greenleaf and placed with Base Hospital No. 58. He was transferred to Camp Grant, sailed Aug. 23, 1918 and died of Pneumonia. Oct. 10, 1918
