BUMGARD, ELIAS ALACOTT ZEEK-Son of Mrs. Barbara E. Bumgard, enlisted May 28, 1919 in the Navy. He was stationed at Cape May and Wissahickon Barracks and was honorably discharged from service Dec. 31, 1918.
