PELAR, FRANK O.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pelar, entered service May 25, 1918, went to Camp Lee and was attached to Base Hospital No. 61. He sailed overseas in Aug. 1918, returned in April 1919 and was honorably discharged later that month.
