BURTNER, JAMES B.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. James Burtner. He entered service March 1918, was assigned to Columbus Barracks and was attached to the Headquarters' Dept. He sailed June 1918, returned May 5, 1919 and was honorably discharged May 12, 1919.
