YEZEK, JOSEPH FRANCIS-Son of Mr. and Mrs. James Yezek. He entered service May 25, 1918, was assigned to Camp Greenleaf and attached to Base Hospitals Nos. 58, 63 and 109. Yezek went overseas Aug. 1918, returned July 2, 1919 and was honorably discharged July 12, 1919.
