TOKAR, LEWIS-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Tokar. entered service May 25, 1918, was sent to Camp Greenleaf and attached to the Medical Corps, Base Hospital No. 63. He sailed Aug. 25, 1918, returned Aug. 28, 1919 and was honorably discharged Sept. 3, 1919.
