ROY H McLAIN, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

McLAIN, ROY H.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Emma McLain. He enlisted May 1917, was assigned to Camp Hancock, Meade and Jackson and was attached to Company M, 53rd Infantry. He had a rank of 2nd Lieutenant, sailed June 1918 was in the battles of St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne. He returned May 1919 and was honorably discharged May 14, 1919.
