ROSE, ANTHONY-Son of Mr. and Mrs. James Rose, Irwin, Pa. Entered service Dec. 6, 1917. Was assigned to Fort Crockett and attached to Battery D, 1st Trench Artillery Battalion. He sailed for France March 18, 1918. Was in the St. Mihiel, Argonne and Aisne-Marne Offensives. Returned to the United States March 8th, 1919, and was honorably discharged from service March 14, 1919.
