DAVIS, HARRY W.-Son of Mrs Sarah Davis, Irwin, Pa. Entered service the latter part of Sept. 1917, in the U. S. Navy. Trained at Hampton Roads and Newport. Lost all of his effects by the sinking of his ship, U. S. S. Oosterdyk, by a German submarine on July 10, 1918. Engineer Davis was still in service on Sept. 1, 1919.
