FRANK, HERBERT I.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Frank, Irwin, Pa. Entered service April 5, 1918. He was sent to Camp Lee, attached to the Quartermaster's Corps. Was made Sergeant, then Sergeant-Major and was honorably discharged from service March 4, 1919.
