J ANDREW MENGES, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

MENGES, J. ANDREW-Nephew of William Clifford Menges. Enlisted in July 1918, he went to Columbus Barracks, then Camp Taylor. He graduated from R. O. T. C. at Camp Taylor, was commissioned Second Lieutenant and was honorably discharged from service in April 1919.
