LENHART, J. RUSH-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel R. Lenhart, Irwin, Pa. Entered service May 27, 1918. Was assigned to Camp Greenleaf and placed with Evacuation Ambulance Company No. 16. He was transferred to Camp Hill and Mills, sailed for France Aug. 28, 1918. Returned to the United States July 7, 1919, and was honorably discharged from service July 12, 1919.
