GROW, JOHN I -Irwin, Pa. Entered service Dec. 17, 1917. Took course in the Aviation School at Cornell University and transferred to Carruthers Field Was commissioned Second Lieutenant and served as flying instructor at Barron Field, Texas. Released March 20, 1919. as a reserve military aviator.
