SHAY, MICHAEL J.- Irwin, Pa. Entered service in Oct. 1917, was sent to Camp Lee an 1 there attached to Company B, 307th Ammunition Train. He sailed oversea in the spring of 1917. Was gassed and sent to a hospital in Philadelphia in the Spring of 1919, and was honorably discharged from service in May 1919, with the rank of Sergeant.
