PHELIX BUTLER, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania WWI Veteran

BUTLER, PHELIX-He is the son of John Butler, of Larimer. He entered service April 6, 1917, with the 3rd Military Police and was sent to Fort Brown, Texas. Sergeant Butler went overseas March 16, 1918. He was in the battles of Aisne, Champ Marne, Argonne and Belleau Woods. He returned from overseas Aug. 22, 1919, and was honorably discharged Sept. 2, 1919.
