OSSMAN, RICHARD R.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Ossman. Entered service May 28, 1918. Was sent to Camp Meade and attached to Company D, 27th Engineers. He transferred to Camp Leach. Sailed for France Sept. 1, 1918. Returned to the United States in April 1919, and was honorably discharged from service on the 9th of that month.
