RICHARD WINTER

WINTER, RICHARD-Son of Robert Winter, Irwin, Pa. Enlisted June 30, 1917, in the United States Navy. He was stationed at Sewell's Point. Cape May, N. J., was assistant Instructor in the 4th Naval District Band and was honorably discharged from service in January 1919.
