SHRUM, RUBEN WELTY-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel E. Shruin, Irwin, Pa. Enlisted as a Chaplain in the United States Navy in June 1918. He trained at Annapolis Naval Academy. was then placed on board the U. S. S. Arkansas and was at the time of publication still in service.
