FINK, SCOTT-Son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Fink, Irwin, Pa. Entered the U. S. Naval Reserve Forces, June 5, 1918. Trained at the Great Lakes Naval Station, Pelham Bay Naval Station, Officer Material School for Pay Corps, Princeton, N. J. Ranked as Chief Petty Officer, C. S. K. Was honorably discharged from service on January 17, 1919.
