RAMSEY, WILLIAM O.-Son of Charles W. Ramsey, of Larimer. Entered service Sept. 4, 1918, with Company 4, 320th Engineers, and was assigned to Camps Forrest and Sherman. He was Mess Sergeant and was honorably discharged Dec. 26, 1918.
