PHILIPP, AUGUST-Son of Mrs. Fred Landsperger, entered service April 2, 1918, was assigned to Camp Lee and attached to Company K, 319th Infantry, 80th Division. Went overseas May 12, 1918. was wounded, returned Feb. 8, 1919 and was honorably discharged Feb. 11, 1919.
