SMITH, CLAUD-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Irwin Smith, entered service July 17, 1918, was assigned to Plattsburg and later to Rockford, Ill., and attached to the Officers' Reserve. He was honorably discharged Dec. 17, 1918 with the rank of 2nd Lieut.
