PAULIK, WILLIAM-Son of Mr. and Mrs. John Paulik, entered service Oct. 8, 1918, was assigned to Camp Greenleaf and attached to Company C, Medical Corps of General Hospital No. 36. He was honorably discharged July 23, 1919.
