HALL, BURNETT CALVIN-Son of Mrs. John C. Hall, Ligonier, Pa. Entered service Sept. 4, 1918, and went to Camp Forrest. He was attached to the 4th Provisional Recruit Regiment, and was honorably discharged from service Dec. 30, 1918, at Camp Meade.
