BECK, GEORGE W.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel W. Beck. Ligonier, Pa. Entered service April 29, 1918. Was assigned to Camp Lee and placed with Company G, 305th Ammunition Train, 80th Div. He sailed for France in the Spring of 1918, was in a number of important battles, returned to the United States in June 1919, and was honorably discharged from service later that month.
