BRENISTER, JACOB HARGNETT.-Son of Mrs. Hulda J. Brenister, Ligonier, Pa. Entered service Feb. 26, 1917. Was sent to Camp Lee, then Hancock, and placed with Company A, 11th Infantry, 28th Div. He sailed for France May 4, 1917. Was slightly gassed, returned to the United States April 27, 1919 and was honorably discharged from service May 13, 1919.
