ORME, WILLIAM A.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Orme, Ligonier, Pa. Entered service Sept. 22, 1917. Was sent to Camp Gordon and placed with Company C, 320th Field Artillery. He sailed for France in May 1918, was in the St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne and other battles. Returned to the United States in May 1919, and was honorably discharged from service on the 17th of the month.
