LOHR, WILLIAM DAVIS-Son of Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Lohr, Ligonier, Pa. Entered service July 30, 1917. Was sent to Camp Anderson, and was attached to the 111th Headquarters Band, 28th Div. He was transferred to Camp Hancock, sailed overseas May 5, 1918. Was gassed; was cited for bravery at the Vesle River, returned to the United States April 27, 1919, and was honorably discharged from service May 13, 1919.
