OVER, WILLIAM S.-Son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Over, Ligonier, Pa. Enlisted July 16, 1917, with Company M, 110th Infantry, 28th Division. He sailed overseas May 3, 1919, and was wounded twice, returned to the United States in Jan. 1919, and was honorably discharged from service in Feb. 1919.
