STOUT, FREDERICK J.-Son of Cyrus S. and Minnie C. Stout, entered service May 27, 1918, was sent to Camp Greenleaf and placed with the Base Hospital Corps. Sailed Aug. 24, 1918. was wounded by shrapnel, returned Jan. 25, 1919 and was honorably discharged June 19, 1919.
