Warren D Reese

Warren D. Reese, 73, of Gaithersburg, Md., formerly of Ebensburg, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 1990, in Gaithersburg. He was born Sept. 21, 1917, in Ebensburg, a son of the late Edwin and Rachel McGough Reese.
Preceding him in death were his parents; three brothers: Thomas, Herbert and Edwin, and a sister, Frances McKinnon.
He is survived by his widow, the former Mary E. Gillin, to whom he was married for 50 years, and these sons: W. Patrick, Laytonsville, Md.; William, married to the former Jeanice Deacons, Mathews, Va.; Donald, Adelphi, Md.; and Herbert, married to the former Sandy Martin,. Silver Spring, Md. There are also 10 grandchildren and a great-grandson. He was the brother of Glenn Reese and Ruth Kozian, both of Revloc, and Wayne, Detroit, Mich.
Mr. Reese was a member of Revloc Local 850, UMWA.
Friends were received at Matevish and Matevish Funeral Home, Ebensburg, where services were held Sunday afternoon. Interment was at Lloyd Cemetery. The Rev. James Cuppett officiated.
